Reducing the Use of Imprisonment in Sentencing & Penal Decision-Making – Desistiment del delicte i Polítiques de Reinserció

Des del Centre for Law Crime And Justice de la University of Strathclyde s’ha organitzat la conferència europea sobre Reducing the Use of Imprisonment in Sentencing & Penal Decision-Making pels dies 8 i 9 de juny de 2017. La conferència està emmarcada en el grup europeu The Sentencing & Penal Decision-Making, hostatjat pel Prof. Cyrus Tata, i se celebra a Edimburg (UK). El grup de recerca hi participarà amb les presentacions de la Dra. Carmen Navarro sobre «How to Minimise the Impact of Mothers’ Imprisonment on Children? Options to Reduce the Number of Incarcerated Women» i del Dr. Josep Cid sobre «The Progressive Reduction in the Use of Imprisonment: the Spanish case«.
